Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading or using Precision Algo-EA ("the Software") provided by EA Strike ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software on the number of trading accounts permitted by your tier (Normal: 1 account; Premium: unlimited accounts under your name). You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer or share license keys.
3. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, indices, commodities and crypto on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Software is a tool — it does not guarantee profits and you may lose all or more than your initial deposit.
4. No Financial Advice
The Software, signals, console messages and supporting content do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Software.
5. Account Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring the Software is compatible with your broker, platform (MT4/MT5) and jurisdiction. We are not liable for broker-side restrictions, slippage, requotes or platform downtime.
6. Updates & Support
Premium licenses include lifetime updates. Normal licenses include critical patches for 12 months. Support is provided via email and the in-app console.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA Strike shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, goodwill or data — arising out of your use of the Software.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license without refund if you breach these Terms, share your license, or attempt to manipulate the activation system.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EA Strike operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts.
