Refund & Trial Policy

1. 7-Day Evaluation Trial

New customers may request a 7-day evaluation key prior to purchase. Evaluation keys are limited to demo accounts and a single instance per user. Trials are issued at our discretion and may be revoked for abuse.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you experience a verifiable installation or activation failure that we cannot resolve. Refund requests must be submitted to support@eastrike.app with your order ID and a description of the issue.

3. What Is NOT Refundable

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) trading losses or unfavorable market outcomes; (b) broker-side issues such as slippage, spread changes, server downtime or account suspension; (c) misconfiguration of risk settings or symbol parameters; (d) change of mind after activation; (e) violation of these terms.

4. License Revocation on Refund

Approved refunds will result in immediate revocation of your license key across all linked accounts and devices. Continued use of revoked software is prohibited.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in permanent license revocation and a permanent ban from future EA Strike products.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
